Stopped Accepting My password

This app worked well for me for quite some time until suddenly it just stopped accepting my password. One day it works and the next it doesnt. Now I have no way to recover my information which I am completely unhappy about..everything I wrote down in a year is just gone and Im very upset about it. I think there should be some sort of way to recover the data or the password. I shouldnt lose out if there is a bug in the system. Im very displeased that I have lost the ability to access that data forever and I think that this should be prevented in the future somehow.
